Their admin staff needs to be better trained. I gave my insurance - full primary plan, secondary and Medicare -when I first called to make an appointment. I asked if she needed the numbers and was told to just bring the cards. After coming from bucks county to center city, I was told they do not, in fact, take my particular primary plan nor secondary insurance. If I only used Medicare, I would be responsible for 20%. So very unhappy with the service here , when I came in, I told the doctor I was afraid to get numb because of all my allergies he paid me no attention and numbed me anyway, and I had a horrible reaction from the injection. Then he removed a mole from my stomach, which left a huge scar and has been almost 2 months and the scar is horrible looking I am so dissatisfied that I paid $250 to have a scar across my stomach, his bedside manner was also horrible. Just very fast and in a rush

I’ve been seeing Dr Neustadter for a good number of years. He is warm, caring and funny. I trust his medical expertise completely. Office visits with him feel like catching up with a friend. I feel the same way about nurse Jen. Staff in the practice are friendly and competent. I’d highly recommend!

My visit with Dr Neustadter and his team was such a pleasure. I had an 8 month long allergic reaction on my face, been to several dermatologists and allergists and almost had completely given up any hope of clearing up or finding a solution. Dr Neustadter took the time out to really figure out what was going on and any factors involved. His diagnosis was spot on and within a month of my first visit my face was 100% better. I traveled almost 2 hours in hope of finding a good Dermatology clinic and I was not disappointed. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful and I was completely satisfied with the care I was given. Dr. Blechman has that presence that you want when you first meet a physician. He takes time to explain everything in easy to understand words and listens patiently to and answered all my concerns. I am very happy that I have found them.
