Their admin staff needs to be better trained. I gave my insurance - full primary plan, secondary and Medicare -when I first called to make an appointment. I asked if she needed the numbers and was told to just bring the cards. After coming from bucks county to center city, I was told they do not, in fact, take my particular primary plan nor secondary insurance. If I only used Medicare, I would be responsible for 20%. So very unhappy with the service here , when I came in, I told the doctor I was afraid to get numb because of all my allergies he paid me no attention and numbed me anyway, and I had a horrible reaction from the injection. Then he removed a mole from my stomach, which left a huge scar and has been almost 2 months and the scar is horrible looking I am so dissatisfied that I paid $250 to have a scar across my stomach, his bedside manner was also horrible. Just very fast and in a rush
