This doctor was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was waiting in the room for more than 40 minutes All I did was I asked the lady at the front desk what was taking so long, and instead of answering, the doctor snapped at me and refused to provide service. That is absolutely unacceptable. No patient should be treated like an inconvenience or punished for asking a simple question. The worst clinic in Nashville. Bad doctors and bad nurses I stayed for 3 hours waiting the doctor and the nurses don’t care, never be there again
I’ve never been one to write reviews. Infact I don’t think I’ve ever written a review on anything ever. It’s sad that Dr Katkuri a nice doctor has allowed the service at his clinic to go to absolute HECK. While I’ve enjoyed good service from the practitioners, The front staff have zero care. Maybe -100. It’s been 3 weeks I came to see the practitioner and I’ve been waiting on my blood pressure medicine to be sent to my pharmacy. No big medicine , no Opiod no narcotic. Everyone have his own schedule. Don't give wrong appointment. Very poor customer service and support! Need to improve means of communication! They don’t not send email or text for appointment confirmation! Please improve your customer service???
