Do not go here. The walls are so thin the patients in other rooms can hear everything you say to the doctor. I did not need to know about that man’s erectile disfunction. They make you come in every few weeks if you want your meds refilled, but never have appointments available. Appointments never start on time. I would wait 45 minutes in the office for a 5 minute appointment to get my meds. Pretty sure they just want the copay for each visit.

This doctor was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was waiting in the room for more than 40 minutes All I did was I asked the lady at the front desk what was taking so long, and instead of answering, the doctor snapped at me and refused to provide service. That is absolutely unacceptable. No patient should be treated like an inconvenience or punished for asking a simple question. The front desk receptionist Jenna was very rude and smart. When I was calling about the issue that the doctor failed to acknowledge. She was very unprofessional and cursed me out and hung up on me. I do not recommend.

I’ve never been one to write reviews. Infact I don’t think I’ve ever written a review on anything ever. It’s sad that Dr Katkuri a nice doctor has allowed the service at his clinic to go to absolute HECK. While I’ve enjoyed good service from the practitioners, The front staff have zero care. Maybe -100. It’s been 3 weeks I came to see the practitioner and I’ve been waiting on my blood pressure medicine to be sent to my pharmacy. No big medicine , no Opiod no narcotic.
