The worst clinic in Nashville. Bad doctors and bad nurses I stayed for 3 hours waiting the doctor and the nurses don’t care, never be there again
They don’t know how to code the visit. They’re charging $100+copay until the deductible is met, which doesn’t at all makes sense. Waste management
I’ve never been one to write reviews. Infact I don’t think I’ve ever written a review on anything ever. It’s sad that Dr Katkuri a nice doctor has allowed the service at his clinic to go to absolute HECK. While I’ve enjoyed good service from the practitioners, The front staff have zero care. Maybe -100. It’s been 3 weeks I came to see the practitioner and I’ve been waiting on my blood pressure medicine to be sent to my pharmacy. No big medicine , no Opiod no narcotic. As mentioned in other reviews, if I could give a lower rating than one star, it would be deserving. I have never felt more dismissed and uncared for as someone seeking guidance from a medical professional in my life than having spent time in this facility.
