They don’t know how to code the visit. They’re charging $100+copay until the deductible is met, which doesn’t at all makes sense. Waste management
I’ve never been one to write reviews. Infact I don’t think I’ve ever written a review on anything ever. It’s sad that Dr Katkuri a nice doctor has allowed the service at his clinic to go to absolute HECK. While I’ve enjoyed good service from the practitioners, The front staff have zero care. Maybe -100. It’s been 3 weeks I came to see the practitioner and I’ve been waiting on my blood pressure medicine to be sent to my pharmacy. No big medicine , no Opiod no narcotic. As mentioned in other reviews, if I could give a lower rating than one star, it would be deserving. I have never felt more dismissed and uncared for as someone seeking guidance from a medical professional in my life than having spent time in this facility. DO NOT GO THERE. If i could give them -5 stars i would. The front desk lady is so rude. Took my mother for a referral since she moved out of state here and needed a follow up for a mammogram (she has a mass that was being monitored where she lived) and a cyst in her back that has been an ongoing issue. 2 weeks in, she is STILL waiting on a referral for it, mind you she gas gone and payed 4 times already. They will be quick to take your money but not quick to help you. We went back to complain and to get our results because ... read more
