I used the service for cervical and breast cancer screening. Many patients are immigrants who cannot speak English, and I am one of them. Although I was told over the phone that an interpreter could not be called, during the actual consultation, the interpreter was able to call in. However, I believe this places a significant burden on the staff and affects waiting times. Dr. Caudillo is awesome, chill, nonjudgmental, and willing to make referrals for all the precautionary diagnostic imaging that I needed. Here’s my issue with the office as a whole, though… Apparently, there are just so many people filtering in and out of the office that the office staff doesn’t always do their due diligence in checking to see which providers are in-network before doling out referrals. Dr. Eva LaValley is truly the best doctor I’ve ever had! She made my labor experience so much easier and helped calm me during such a painful and emotional time. Dr. Kamras is very patient, he pays a very close attention to women health details, never rushing, highly knowledgeable! I highly recommend! However at first we had some misunderstanding with the appointment date and time, they changed the date without letting me know, so I had to drive twice, but this is just a small nuance compared to the treatment and great communication!
