The doctors here, particularly Dr. Pham who's been my OBGYN for two years, deserve five stars. Dr. Pham removed my IUD, and I literally felt nothing! She helped me through the anxiety by having me take deep breaths and doing what she needed to super efficiently. During my first IUD removal, I felt every part of it, so this experience with Dr. Pham truly made me less fearful of going to the gynecologist, and I commend her for that. They are the absolute worst. The front staff all need to be fired and replaced. The reviews speak for themselves. I was called to take another glucose test, I took the day off to do the test only to find out they sent it to the wrong clinic and when I asked them to fax it over to the right clinic it wasn’t done until an hour after I requested it to. On my first scheduled ultrasound, my tech arrived over 20 minutes late. She walked in leisurely and even browsed the waiting room magazines before going back to prepare for my exam. I'm hoping time management is focused on in the future because we all have lives, and all have schedules we are trying to keep. The appointment line phone system for this place is barely functional. It was so time consuming to get to the point where one could leave a message, I had to go through this gauntlet for my wife otherwise she would never have gotten an appointment. We filled out the online request twice over the past several weeks...no call back or email or anything. I have been to several gynecologists before (Kaiser, multiple private practice, Planned Parenthood) and Dr Pham is the first doctor who conducted a pelvic exam that did not leave me sore for two days. I didn’t even know that was possible. I have multiple issues Dr. Pham is treating and she has taken the time to answer every question I’ve had.
